- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Every time I visit this location there is ONE teller working both the lobby and the drive through. I decided on my last visit (which was on a Wednesday around 4:00) I would go inside instead of waiting in the drive through. My thought was someone else in the bank would see a line and help out. There were 3other people inside, that I could see, with no one at their desk. Meanwhile, there is a line at the drive through and 3 customers inside. I understand the checks and balances of one person on a cash drawer, but I find it hard to believe that no one else can get on a computer and help out. The teller is always friendly and apologetic but this is still HORRIBLE "customer service."By Martha Jackson, December 18, 2016
