- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I'd really like to give a negative 5 stars if possible. Be prepared to be lied to and never get the vehicle you want. They held our truck for 7 (yes 7) weeks for a trade in, waiting on a truck to be ordered. After 30 days we were told to be patient it was being built. Never the case; they never even ordered it and what we found out from another dealership is that it is not even possible to have a truck built to order! We were incovience the entire summer w/o a truck. Had to rent a car to travel and couldn't pull our camper so our summer plans had to be changed. Their nonchalant attitude was unprofessional and disappointing. They wanted us to basically get frustrated and buy something off the lot. When we said we wanted our truck and deposit back they didn't care they lost a customer for life; gave us the keys to our truck and told us it was parked out back; didn't even bring it to the front for us.
