- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★I have been banking with Wells Fargo for over 4 years now and I walked into the Monticello Ave location seeking some assistance with a problem I was having with an account. I had a nice experience with Jessica, the service manager. She helped resolve the issue I was having and made it right and the staff at this location was very kind and helpful. I am glad that I came to the Monticello location because the manager, Greg, at the Quarterpath Rd. location in Williamsburg was not willing to help me with this same issue. I was even told by another individual who works for Wells Fargo that Greg lied to me. It boggles me how one location (Monticello) can be so helpful while another (Quarterpath) could care less. It looks like I will be driving all the way across town to the Monticello branch if I have any more issues. Thanks Jessica and the team at the Monticello Ave branch.By William F., November 14, 2016
