  This company is not what it used to be. In the last two years I have had many problems from my payments changing, never updating my information and putting the wrong family members to the wrong cars so that my rate doubles and not seeing any of this the first time I call to get answers. The 24 hour number cannot help with anything but sending a message to the branch who always fail to call you back. I am so happy with my new insurance company. I was even happy to pay a higher rate just to get away from State Farm and the office of Barbara Shelly.

  I have been with State Farm for 25 years, and worked with Sue's office for the last 7. I am completely satisfied with my coverage, rates and their level of customer service. Their representatives continually go the extra mile to make sure I have adequate coverage for all property and vehicles, and make helpful suggestions along the way. They even finance my vehicle! Highly recommended.....
